Rapper Tone Loc was spotted partying in Las Vegas last night inside of Moon Nightclub at The Palms Casino Resort.
He treated the crowd to a nice 20 minute performance before joining his three friends at their VIP table. Loc partied at Moon until nearly 3:00am.
