Detective Robert DiGiacomo was sitting in an unmarked police car, around 7:15pm on the evening of July 30th, looking for a suspect in an assault. That's when, police report, 21-year-old Micah Calamosca opened the passenger door, sat down in the seat and told DiGiacomo to get out of the vehicle. The undercover officer pulled his gun and told the now-suspect the he needed to get out of the car.
While arresting the suspect, DiGiacomo says Calamosca claimed that he was part of filming on the nearby movie shoot for 'The Dark Knight Rises' and that taking the vehicle was all part of the script.
