Here is one Cox that’s getting Sirius
SASKATCHEWAN, Canada ---- Radio Veteran and stand-up comic Bryan Cox won the radio lottery as he announced his syndicated comedy feature “Hey Get Off My Lawn” will begin airing on Sirius XM’s Laugh Attack this week.
Cox with over 25-years in Radio said, “I feel like I have moved up to the majors.” Adding, “I am thrilled and nervous at the same time.”
“Get Off My Lawn” goes beyond the normal boring celebrity hash and gets right to the meat of the matter asking celebs what pisses them off. The answers are always surprising and entertaining to listen to.
The Canadian comedian whose voice has been heard on thousands of radio and television commercials and animated series throughout Canada and the U.S. says his introduction to Sirius XM began with Twitter.
“After following Laugh Attack on Twitter, I received a message from them saying they were interested in the “Lawn.”
“I sent them a demo and a day later they asked me to send them 25 shows. I felt so honored to be included in that distinguished group of entertainers. I was beside myself.”
Cox’s “Lawn” is projected to go from 100,000 listeners throughout the world to possibly 20 million listeners with Sirius XM Satellite. The comedy feature will air three times a day on Sirius XM channel 153. For those of you who don’t have Sirius XM, can check older episodes of the lawn at http://www.blubrry.com/heygetoffmylawn/
