Gwyneth Paltrow Dishes on Dating Brad Pitt and Ben Affleck

In a rare and recent interview, actress Gwyneth Paltrow, 38, dishes on her “uncharmed’ life growing up, and what it was like dating two of the hottest men in Hollywood.

Currently happily married to British rockstar Chris Martin, 33, lead vocalist of the band Coldplay, with whom they have two kids (Apple, 6, and Moses, 4), the couple leads a pretty normal life considering their stardom and flourishing careers.

However, life hasn’t always been so normal for Paltrow, who once reportedly yelled "Are you crazy? I'm not Britney Spears!" to hounding paparazzi.

In the late 90s Gwyneth had some very public romances with some of the hottest bachelors in Hollywood—including Brad Pitt, whom she started dating while filming the thriller Seven, and Ben Affleck, whom she met on the set of Shakespeare in Love, the role which earned Paltrow her Oscar.

"It was strange to be part of a public couple," she says in the interview, admitting that the high-profile romances were pretty weird, even though Paltrow herself was considered one of Hollywood’s most sought after bachelorettes and was always in the spotlight.

Gwyneth, daughter to actress Blythe Danner and the later director Bruce Paltrow, also swears that she did not live a charmed life.

"I would say 'Dad, I can't go out to dinner, I have no money,' and he would say 'you're welcome to come over here and eat at our house anytime, but I'm not giving you money for your social life,'" Paltrow admits.

According to her mother Blythe, “We could have paid for everything and had a spoiled kid," mother Danner says. "[But] I think it's really important for people to work hard."
