Gordon Ramsay’s New Reality Series “Hotel Hell” to Air on Fox
LOS ANGELES, Calif. –Get ready for more Gordon Ramsay as he travels across the U.S. exposing filthy hotels and incompetent employees in the new Fox reality series, Hotel Hell.
The new show with the tentative title of “Hotel Hell” will be in the vein of his other popular reality show, Kitchen Nightmares.
In the series, Ramsey will travel around the U.S. to help turn around failing hotels, motels and bed and breakfasts. He’ll also expose dirty rooms, moldy bathrooms and incompetent staffers, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
“Gordon is amazing to work with and no matter what the premise, he delivers every time,” says Mike Darnell, president of alternative entertainment, Fox Broadcasting Company. “With an unprecedented three shows already on the air, Gordon is an incredible television success, and we’re really thrilled to put him through Hotel Hell on Fox.”
During a recent interview about his new show, Ramsay said, "These are stories that everyone can relate to, because virtually all of us have had a bad hotel experience that have turned a holiday or business trip into a total disaster. It’s time to put the hospitality industry to the test,”
“We’re thrilled to be working with FOX on this exciting new format, taking Gordon’s expertise and applying it to one of the toughest business environments in the world,” adds Adeline Ramage Rooney, VP programs and development at One Potato Two Potato.
In addition to Hotel Hell and Kitchen Nightmares, Ramsey also stars in Hell’s Kitchen and Master Chef for Fox television and hosts several similar shows for Britain's BBC network.
