Charlie Sheen Mansion Now For Sale
If you're looking for a new humble abode, once made famous (infamous) by Charlie Sheen's stumbling interviews, wild parties, prostitute paradise, and the true web sensation co-star... Well, Sheen's Beverly Hills mansion just hit the market for a cool $7.2 million. (Fine print also reveals the seller will except equal trade value- Which comes out to approximately: 75 hookers, 90 kilos of cocaine, 45 gallons of Tiger Blood, three Strands of Adonis DNA, and 500 consecutive hours of finely edited self-shot porn.)
The 7,924 square foot home is nestled in the highly coveted celebrity studded gated Mulholland Estates community. The pad has five bedrooms and seven baths. During his divorce from Brooke Mueller, Sheen scored a settlement deal to take complete ownership of what he now refers to as 'Sober Valley Ranch' for a mere $1 million which was paid to his ex-wife.
According to various websites, this is how the MLS listing reads: "This custom-built Mediterranean in Mulholland Estates is an entertainer's dream with spacious public rooms, most of which open to a beautifully landscaped yard featuring a professional outdoor kitchen with dining area, pool and spa. Other features include a screening room and top-of-the-line appliances and finishes."
Sheen was recently replaced by Ashton Kutcher after his very public feud with executive producer, Chuck Lorre, and network execs on the CBS sitcom, “Two and a Half Men.” Since then, speculation has risen that Sheen may be short on cash-flow these days. The sale of his home has only served to raise more eyebrows. Released by Daily Mail, “Earlier this month it was revealed Sheen, who was the highest paid actor on television, earning over $45million a year, borrowed $10 million from the Hollywood studio who made “Two and a Half Men.” Hmm...
So, what do you think? With Charlie Sheen being the previous owner / occupant, will it hurt or aid the sale of the estate? I guess only goddesses know.
